Training on ACM Digital Library and Turnitin Online Databases

The University Library is inviting all administrators, faculty members and researchers to join the training on the access and use of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) Digital Library and Turnitin on 20th of October 2014, Monday from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at J-301, 3rd floor, Jubillee Building.

ACM Digital Library provides full text of every article ever published by ACM and bibliographic citations from major publishers in computing. ACM holdings include journals, proceedings, books, theses, and reports, among other sources of data. http://dl.acm.org/

Turnitin is the global leader in evaluating and improving student learning. The company’s cloud-based service for originality checking, online grading and peer review saves instructors time and provides rich feedback to students. Turnitin also offers iThenticate, a plagiarism detection service, and WriteCheck, a suite of formative tools for writers. http://www.turnitin.com/
