How to book a Hub
Reserve online
Submit a reservation at library.addu.edu.ph/hub. Complete every field — incomplete requests aren't processed.
Check in at Circulation
Bring your reservation to the Circulation Desk to secure your Hub key and check in for your session.
Use your Hub
Sessions run up to 2 hours. Return the key at Circulation when your group is finished.
Session length & the 15-minute rule
Each booking runs for a maximum of 2 hours. The gold wedge above marks the grace window at the start of your slot.
While you're in the Hub
Keep it moderate
Hubs aren't soundproof. Keep noise moderate so neighboring hubs and reading areas aren't disturbed.
CLAYGO
Clean As You Go. Leave the Hub in good condition for the group booked right after you.
No food or drinks
Food and beverages aren't allowed inside any Collaboration Hub.
Mind your things
Personal belongings are your responsibility at all times — never leave items unattended.
Handle with care
Furniture, materials, and equipment inside the Hub should be treated with respect and care.
Discussion, not gaming
Hubs are for collaborative discussion. Doing individual projects or playing games isn't permitted.
