Mark your calendars for March 28, 2026, as the American Corner Davao invites you to a special literary gathering: “Booked on a Feeling”!
Turning pages is the start; connecting is the plot. We’re calling on undergraduate students (both Filipino and foreign), youth leaders, and young professionals to join us at the American Corner and trade your screen time for story time in this book-sharing event!
The plot is simple: Bring your favourite book and share the story of why it matters to you. It’s a space to:
-Promote the joy and importance of book reading
-Practice and gain confidence in speaking English
-Delve into the beauty of English language literature with peers
This half-day, in-person event is facilitated by an Atenean and offers a relaxed, thought-provoking atmosphere for everyone involved. Plus, all participants will receive a certificate after the program.
